Whoa Who!! Okay I have set a goal that i will lose 2pounds a week and I've been doing it!!! now just 8months to go and i'll be at my goal weight.. Gosh 8 months.. O'well... I'll take 8 better then 12...

I started watching what I eat and also cutting my portions in half and eating smaller meals throughout the day.. Also started a new thing on the treadmill.. Instead of doing it at my pace I started using the random button so it inclines and the speed changes random so my heart is beating like hey this isn't what we do everyday.. hehe.. Well I love FS it's so cool...
