I think that's ok. I do the same. can be a bit depressing when it seems to plateau but when you look back over a few weeks the trend line tells a fuller picture. I weigh in after I wake up.

I weigh in everyday as it helps my mindset - but only record once a week - as you do get ups and downs daily so it's a bit more acurate. :)

I weigh myself once a day because I like to know whether or not my current diet is still working. Also, seeing the number on the scale go up after not sticking to my diet is a good reminder of what the consequences of quitting is.

I'm to scared to weigh myself as I'm pretty heavy. I know I'll be sad if I do lol

Once a week as you change weight depending on bowel motions, how much you ate, water drunk, period (if female) I always go up a bit then. Try not let the scale rule as you’ll have non weight successes ( clothes etc)

I don't own scales, I go more by how my clothes are fitting.

I weigh in most days, accepting that weight fluctuates up and down anyway. Daily weighing helps me see the trend in weight over time. This is the motivator for me, and allows me to be kinder to myself if weight does goes up for reasons I cannot fathom .... also I do have off days when exercise or diet take a back seat .... recording weight change during these times is all good data to have and builds my understanding of how my body responds.

I weigh daily and record weekly. That way I don’t get discouraged if I have a blip on the offical day because I can see the real trend. Also as others have said, it helps keep me on track mentally.
