feel so much better today. the nemesis is slowly returning to ally status. i really thought he had fallen off, but i talked to him about it, while he was still telling me how good dinner was, and saying that the potatoes i had never made before were so goooooood....he said he just had a taste for pizza...but when he puts his clothes on, and they really fit better, he knos he is doing the right thing.

im still so proud of him...just gotta get him off this soda thing...anyone got any ideas how to break him of it????

I went from a coca-cola daily habit to a sweet iced tea habit, then de-caf sweet tea, now de-caf sweet tea occasionally.
