Thx moops, GJ & M ❣️❣️❣️ Maintainence has been relatively easy for me since I lost the weight slowly and didn't deprive myself of stuff I like. Just portion control and carb reduction was all it takes for me at the moment. 🙂

I guess I never really noticed that you reduced carbs. You have such a variety of delicious dishes. I find myself eating far less pasta and bread than I used to - not really on purpose or consciously, just choosing other things. Haha now I’ll have to make spaghetti or chicken cacciatore or something pasta-y.

My carb reduction - less paata, bread, cake - started in April 2019 before I joined FS. Hard to control my CI with pasta.
