I have decided to weigh myself every day this week so that I can see how badly my weight fluctuates this week.....and looky here down a few kg's. I wish I knew what was going on.

Hi bibs.
Hang in there. Have you had your thyroid checked. My wife's weight would fluctuate like that as well and its very tough on someone who is trying hard to lose weight.
She has now been on thyroid medication for the past 10 months and has managed to lose aroudnd 40 kilos.

Hey Slacker, thanks this really helps me. Doc mentioned that he will be testing my thyroid but a had it tested a few years back (8 years ago) and it was normal. It is very disappointing but I am hanging on and thanks to all the support it makes it impossible for me to give up. Thanks for the kind words :-)
