Down that last half pound to get back to 244, where I was on 2/2 before I went OFF Keto for four days. Now, I can start making actual PROGRESS! Didn't get in but ONE cup of water yesterday, and didn't have a BM, so weight will probably make good progress tomorrow if I do better on those things today. Fiber has been almost nil. Having an Atkins Endulge Chocolate Coconut bar today, which has 9g Fiber, so that will help a little. Sometimes, it helps TOO much, too fast, because the sugar alcohols will give me diarrhea. Only eating half at a time to hopefully prevent going ON THE WAY to the toilet, as happened last week when I ate one all at once. I used to eat 2-3 of those a DAY, and they wouldn't bother me. That's when I wasn't caring about how many calories I had in a day - was just watching Net Carbs and Fats. It's all a balancing act, isn't it?
