Tetep sarapan bun ? Sambil olah raga ga bund ? Aku baru mau 1 minggu mulai defkal , sama senam di rumah aja modal youtube hehehe mudah2an menghasilkan ..😁

Iya bun ttp sarapan biasanya makan telur rebus sama buah, buah apa aja yg ada d kulkas.. jam 10 nyemil fitbar/roma sari gandum/biskuit2 yg low kalori.. jam 1 makan nasi stgh porsi n lauknya bebas kyk biasa malem mkn ubi sm protein shake..
Jarang2 olahraga paling 2x seminggu bund
