I wasn’t eating enough calories and thought I wouldn’t binge. I don’t know why I always think that. I binged last week and trying to eat the recommended calories while taking care of my nephews but life keeps spinning around you. I worry when the week is over I will binge again. Ugh. Still learning what balance is. Q

I don’t know why in my head 1200 calories is enough? Is that what they taught us when we were young? It always leads to a binge cycle from being unsatisfied and yo yo dieting. How do I get that out of my head?

Don’t be so hard on yourself. It’s a learning process for all of us! Hang in there! 🤗

Journal everything you eat. If it goes in your mouth it goes on your food journal. That is a real good way to stop and think it through before binging. You got this!

Have you tried keto? I don’t ever feel like binging and I don’t have food cravings. My problem is beer

Take a deep breath, today is a new day. You can not go back and change yesterday and tomorrow is not here yet. Just try and stay present in the moment. You ate doing amazing and are worth it.

Binge eating was a huge issue for me and I still have to be aware of what I'm eating at all times. What helps me is to have a plan. I plan what and how much I am going to eat for the day and then stick to it. I'm not great at 'winging' it and hate to get to the end of the day with nothing left. I suppose it makes me feel in control of myself when everything else seems so out of control. I eat around 1200 calories average a day but that's my recommended for losing weight, I am not working out consistently right now
