Awalnya 3 mingguan coba ikutin diet ala tya kak. Berenti 1 minggu bebas makan apa aja tp masih defisit kalori. Lanjut coba diet ala shanty denny kak. Kalo diet tya , aku makan 6 kali sehari udh sama ngemil Kalo diet shanty , aku makan 5 kali sehari udah sma ngemil. Jadi dah 3 minggu ini coba diet shanty 5 kali makan kak ☺️

@hanzar : untuk 3 minggu ini , 1 putih telur kak. Kalo awal diet masih makan nasi / roti gandum
