Gained 20lbs over the past two years so trying to get it back off. Did well on Keto but its hard as a vegetarian with some fish/seafood. I started tracking my calories again and noticed I was struggling to eat enough. I typically eat pretty healthy (never eat sweets). Started eating the recommended 1500 cals and the scale is going up. :(. Is the subscription to the plans worth it and can i view and look at the diff plans?
62.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
