even with yesterday still on my mind, and the horrible loss we suffered, i have been able to recover my eating schedule and habits. yay!
egg scramble was yummy with pepper jack cheese instead of the plain cheddar! i just have to start getting the lower fat versions of food. i kno that would really help with points!
