I don't know what to do but this diet I am on now is DEFINITELY NOT working!!! ARGH!
I might have to go back to Atkins or just get rid of all carbs all together! I do know that a very high protein diet though is pretty harsh on my system, so I will have to ease into it slowly and see what happens...
