today will be a good day, i feel great!!! last night i went to the kitchen and i wanted to get into the chocolate BUT i stopped my self and told my self to walk out. i did what i told my self to do after i drank a cup of water. i have my day all planned out.pre made my oatmeal w. blueberries and apples for lunch. just had a nice breakfast and i cant wait for dinner. Texas Roadhouse. and im not going to even eat the peanuts
