Friday :)

I didn't get to the gym today, had unexpected company and chatted the morning away. Took my bike to the shop. It needs a new brake cable, tune up and some cosmetic work for rust removal. I was pleasantly surprised it didn't need more work than that and thought the cost was very reasonable. I am getting off season pricing and I had a coupon!! I haven't been taking very good care of my bike, it lives outside. The guy at the bike shop asked if I planned on keeping it outside but the way he asked I answered in a meek voice "no" not after you finish working on it LOL. Now I have to figure out where to put it when I pick it up tomorrow :)

Vitamins: No Blast!
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - No new spots, ate a small piece of cheese pizza. Used Prosacea.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Remember your body is the gym so when you are doing laundry, dishes, walking to the car or whatever moving and grooving it may be.. you are exercising..Do you have time to put on your favorite C.D. and dance to some music lol? Best wishes on your bike! TOWANDA!!!

Cynthia, too funny, sounds like the guy instilled some guilt....really, what were you thinking, keeping your poor bike outside.:) Have a great weekend. Love the biking idea!
