Just wanted to reflect on how my running has improved 😩😩😭😭😭😭😭 guys i swear to you I couldn’t do the laps i do now. I used to be tired after like 4 mini jogs up and down a parking lot. And At that time about 5 months ago, I couldn’t have dreamed of running 3km on a daily jog. And some might say that’s still a little but Initially I struggled to get to half a kilometre 😩😩😩😢😢😢😢 my shins would be in their glory!!!! Today I can run atleast 3km easily and with only slight pain to my shins and I did this all by doing nothing extreme! Just taking me time every month to increase something gradually, and when i was tired and sore I didn’t beat myself up about it, I said thanked my body for what it did today and hoped for better the next day. Modest beginnings guys 😩😢 truuuuuust your body will do what you want it to do just give it time and stay consistent I swear! No trainer! No magic potion! It’s just your and your consistency and it is more than enough to get you to where you need to be. Also! Take not that I am comparing MY PROGRESS and not my km’s to someone elses. Comparisons are the thief of joj

Girl you are absolutely smashing it! 3km may seem little but its actually a ton and not something most people can casually do! So inspired and proud of you!

Progress is progress, Period! Going at ur own pace is the key. Well done👍

Any activity is good no matter what it is, I still jog around 2-3km, unless you planning on doing a marathon it doesn't matter how far you jog it is just good that you are doing some form of activity.
