Day 14 - 23 minutes

Starting to feel good climbing off the bike after the workout. It used to take a few minutes for my muscles to stop hurting, but now it's instant recovery. Just got a call from a co-worker saying that that I'm about to be contact traced, so I may just get another free 10 day vacation. Let's keep our fingers crossed, shall we? (I have no symptoms so I'm not making light of the disease, but I've been through this forced quarantine stuff before.) So be smart and attempt to keep a respectable distance from your coworkers. As a supervisor, I have a hard time doing just that.
