I want to start off this entry by welcoming my new buddies to my fatsecret journey and good luck to all of you :) I am like a roller coaster when dieting/toning I gain, I lose, Gain, lose...and have a hard time maintaining and I am going to Hawaii in 4 months and really want to tone! So bring on those working out challenges! haha :) I have been really into taking the daily quizzes on fatsecret. As soon as you come on fatsecret.com you will see a quiz on the right side and I always take it. You can learn so much from it as well. Anyways, I would also like to congratulate JACKIE (hurleystar68) for losing more weight. She is now down to a size 6 and text me with excitement! It is a wonderful feeling to know you accomplished a goal on your own with just a little help and support from friends and that is why if any of you have questions feel free to ask me or jackie!
