Dear Diary(yess Ericka I spelt it wrong the 1st time LOL),
So I've been trying really hard to stick with this "diet" that i started in the begining of January. But the temptations!!!! For instance, yesterday for lunch I went to starbucks and had a Passion Tea and....Madelines....oh the guilt I felt when I finished the last Madeline! I think it was more of a disappointment than anything. Christina got to hear allll about it when I returned from my lunch break. For the first time ever I've actually been serious about losing weight and for some reason me giving into the temptation ruined my whole day! However, I realize(with the help of my mom, christina and cristeen LOL) that I can't be perfect 100% of the time and I am going to have some days that I slip. But, if I keep going to the gym and watching what I eat, I'll be just fine.

p.s. Im considering weight watchers...? any advise?
