This is 3rd day of journaling and portion control. You know, the carbs can really sneak up on you! Yesterday I made it less than 21 by the skin of my teeth. It was the peppers and onions. I really like those in my salad. Fortunately I had a small salad. Next time I need to cut down on the Monterrey jack too. Who know it had carbs?!?!?! NOt me! And today I need to take my magnesium. I don't want cramps and I don't need to be stopped up either. All in all I think I'm doing okay after 3 days.
