was good yesterday UNTIL the evening when I wasn't. I'm not sure what 'clicked' but cravings appeared. On the way home I stopped at the store & bought large container of Publix chili, chocolate chip cookies, bottle of wine, ate all of chili with added cheese, some cc's, drank all wine, added 4 pcs of toast with butter (it was at least very thin toast), (2) ham & turkey cheese wraps. The chili wasn't even very good! The cookies weren't the best but that didn't stop me from eating, I don't even know how many. The wine was so-so, but did I really need the whole bottle or even any? Truefully the only thing that tasted good was the toast & butter! Afterwards, I felt 'yucky', went to bed and had indigestion & much later got sick, that seems to help relieve the upset tummy BUT not my disgust with myself about the binge. Today I'm going to try to stick to plain veggie broth mostly to help my tummy get back into shape. Why do we do this to ourselves? I think I'll also just stay home and rest today, maybe read and putter around the apartment. I'm tired.
