my jeans did feel looser the past couple of days :) I can't wait for them to really fit
have had plenty of "fun" food & wine ...1.25-1.5 bottles of wine. probably 5-6 servings of white bread. caldero. fancy mac & cheese. eating 2 servings of dark chocolate w/ almonds about every other day.
but
my eating during the weekdays is really good... fruits, veggies, beans, eggs, green smoothie almost every day.
Exercise continues to be a probem.... I walk a lot. But I need to get in some aerobitc and strength training
Goal for next wed: 2 aerobic w/o & 2 stregnth training
