I shop on a Monday so the first 3 days are always high on fresh veg! Tomorrow is a slaw and Weds a big salad! Then it will be more roots and frozen! If I could live right next to a greengrocer I’d be so happy!

I know what you mean, Chestnut, but in lockdown I’m really trying to plan super-carefully so that one shop a week is enough and I limit time with others. People in the supermarkets are still behaving as though it’s life as usual, I find it scary.

Janus that is why I go first thing in the morning people are still in their beds and if it is sunny the air is brisk and good for you

your gran is a sensible lady quite often i am only person in the supermarket and when I get home can do some light exercise.
