I'm frustrated, tired and even a bit angry. My husband is acting like a maniac, I've been staying on ww diet and only lost 1/2 lb, I had a contract postponed....wha..wha...wha....
Please...I need something postive to focus on.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Well, half a pound looks like two sticks of butter, so you lost quite a bit if you put it in perspective. Stress can inhibit weight loss sometimes. It's great you stayed on program and lost, even though you have been stressed. Give yourself a pat on the back, lots of people would have caved and ate something.
