Last week I worked out 7 times out of 5 days. A mix of yoga, zumba, and regular gym. This means cardio, dance, stretching, breathing, weights. I feel much better overall and I'm glad I'm making changes. I've been eating good, but there's always room to be eating great!
I'm also doing a 28 day challenge right now by Engine 2 Diet. http://engine2diet.com/
Basically it's vegan plus looking at white flour, sodium, oil, and more :)
