Can I just say that I was totally bummed when I got on the scales this morning and saw 265! So glad I decided to use portion control and journal to get this down. I weighed 40 pounds less at beginning of December 2013. So my new goal is to lose 20 pounds in 14 days. After than point I'll be happy to lose 1/2 pound per day. Walking is the other thing I'm going to be doing.
