stiap hari makanan yg mau dimakan hrus d timbang, hadeuhhh.. risih ya. tp mau gmn lg, klo ga timbang.., gmn mau masukin datanya ke fs. repot mau makn doan..,hmm demi badan ideal harus atur porsi dan kalori. 😂😂😂
