im not sure if this is healthy. im doing calorie deficit. so i guess its ok?

Healthy and caloric deficit are two different things. You can be in a caloric deficit eating ice cream 5 times a day. But it will not be in line with optimal health. You need to ensure that you are in a daily protein range that is muscle sparing and get sufficient healthy fats daily to support systems for hormone production etc

That meal is fine. Suggest to go a little easy on the cheese and add some steamed veg or a green salad🙂
