Wendy's Flax Seed Pancakes
healthy pancakes great for atkins or other low carb diet..but good for anyone! Ingredients 3 tbsps ground flax seed 2 large egg 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla 1 serving splenda Directions 1.dump every ingredient into a bowl and wisk until mixed well. 2.heat a skillet and melt a pat of butter or use cooking spray. 3.cook like regular pancakes,turning when starting to set around edges and cook on the other side. These brown fast so watch carefully! 4.drizzle suger free syrup, low carb peanut butter,cream cheese...or anything you like on top that's allowed of course! This can also be made savory by leaving out vanilla,cinnamon and splenda. add in any herb or spice of your choice and use it as a bun for a burger..making 2 big round bun shapes as you cook them!
