Tried a new exercise combo last night and I think I like it! My girlfriend has wanted to start swimming so I did with her, but it didn't feel quite like I wanted.. I need my running. So yesterday (she wasn't with me) I did a mile and a half on the tread THEN did 10 full laps in the pool. Unfortunately I didn't think to stretch in betweeen and pulled my groin... Grrrrr.... but a good work out none the less
