I just had a tooth extracted this morning. So far I'm doing liquids but I'm going to do my best to keep the calorie intake reasonable so my body doesn't think I'm trying to starve it. Now time to fly on the Vicoden for a bit.....

LOL! Don't you worry, we will get there. Remember, it's one day at a time and don't put pressure on yourself beyond that. No matter what the scale says on Friday, we have made huge progress by eating healthy and incorporating exercise.
