My food list for the day looks huge. Had a soup for lunch tossed some leftovers in a container added some homemade veggie stock a cut up piece of seaweed. Dinner was a big salad. Did use some Kraft dressing had picked up a couple when the kids were all coming after Christmas had the beginnings of that pneumonia ran out of time and energy to do all homemade. Using it as it does come in handy no and then.

Need to clean up my mess and go walk. No gym today but should do at least 20 minutes. Will do 20 min cardio tomorrow after work and at least an hour circuit. Body still deep down sore but still tolerable. Headache is leaving since I ate just a plain headache no migraine.
