This is a chickpea salad from Raymond Blanc. It’s part of a vegan recipe for chickpea and coriander cakes with tomato sauce but it’s my fast-800 day today so just having it on salad leaves for 263 fresh and bright calories. Link in comments.

Oh Elizabeth me too. I think he’s my absolute favourite chef. And he is so adorable in person, I was lucky enough to chat with him in one of his brasseries. He genuinely is so humble and passionate.
