hey guys. i just want to find out. i was so good this weekend. thought I'd lose 2kg. but i gained 1kg. i am on my menstrual cycle though. can this cause weight gain?

Yes for some people it can. Due to hormones, water retention bla bla *rolls eyes* but you'll get back in no time :)
