My first week back and even though I weighed every day it still total a loss of 2.5kg this week. I weighed every day because it is hard at first to get started. At my weight the slightest thing and demetivate you so that you loose track. So I am following 16:8 intermittent fasting, limiting myself during eating window with only three meals and no snacking (trust me I can even muck this up) keeping my water intake up and inly black rooibos during fasting. I think the hardest thing is no coffee until 10 but I am managing. I am so proud of myself for this first week and I am possitive for the week ahead. I am still going to weigh daily because this seems to work for me.

Wish me luck. I have lots of weight still to loose but my next goal ia to be under 140. I haven't been under 1r0 since middle laat year.
