OK maybe tomorrow will be a better vitamix day! Conclusions: I don't like ice-y drinks! Green smoothie worked too well and made me hungry! Not a good snack for afternoon! Kids smoothies - tasted vile! Note to self: follow a recipe! Peel citrus! Why did I make a dressing using oil? I never use oil . . . . . And then there's the mushroom frittatta . . . . And I swear that machine is intimidating! Does it really need that much engine power????

you're learnin' girl-friend. never fear trying something new - it's a learning curve. well-done, though, for introducing something new to the kids. Even if they don't like it, they know it's ok to try & reject. I do it often with my neices & nephews. There's never any judgment if they like or not. They always ask to try something new with me. If they dislike, I just say, well, now you know. Or if they do like, I just say, well, now you know. :-)
