30 pounds to my goal of 130. I can do this! I am finishing my Daniel Fast this week. I hope to continue to do one day a week meat free. I think I have done well with this eating style. I have only been hungry a couple of times during the last 20 days of vegan eating. I have enjoyed almost all my meals. I have enjoyed my bible study on David.
