trying to make the effort, my head really isn't in the game. Not happy with how my clothes are fitting and I know I will feel so much better if I drop some weight. Going to try to force myself at least to do a little.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
