Well, I've been back on track after Wednesday's meltdown. Yesterday, I did over 200 crunches and extra push ups. I also burnt 234 calories on the Dancemat. Today, I have all 100 push-ups done, and all 100 crunches as well. Burnt 309 calories on the Dancemat. At least the Dancemat is fun. I have been following the diet 100%. Hope tomorrow, or at least by Tuesday, I will see some results. *fingers crossed*
