Ok, so I am going to try to come back to using this tool to track my food intake. I have been eating low carb since March and have lost 52 lbs, but I seemed to have stalled out months ago, and now I am getting bored with the same old foods. So... I have been fighting with the urges to slowly integrate old foods I use to eat ( I ate two tosquitos from Taco Bell yesterday, and some bread pudding the week before) I haven't eaten that junk in forever!!! So I am going to go back to the basics, and hopefully draw on some support from those of you still going strong!!
