Well, this last week has been rough. I haven't focused on my diet as well as I should have. Today, I'm back on track. I've done 200 crunches, 100 push-ups, ball exercises (love 'em), and I'm getting ready to do some cardio for 1 hour. I'm so tired of this weight, I cannot give up. Weekends are so much easier, since everyone is home to help out with the baby. That way I can take a little time out for me and do some major exercising. Wish I had this everyday. But might as well take advantage of it on the weekends! So hoping that when I weigh in on Monday or Tuesday, that I will see some results!
