masa si,,aku sarapan bisa sampe 300-400kcal 😄fyi BMR ku 1400 ,jadi biasanya makan 1500-1700 an kcal seharinya😁,,maap ya klo salah

setau saya sarapan boleh brp kkal aja sih asal ga lebih dri tdee dan pinter ngatur kalori nya, kalo bmr+100 nya 1500 kan mau sarapan smpe 1000 kalori jg gpp asalkan maksi sama makmal dan cemilannya ga lebih dri 500 kalori
