Well after trying hard all week to stay on track I'm finally starting to see some weight com off again! At one point I was 199lbs at the end of my day! not cool! this morning I'm back down to 195.6lbs so that is a complete turn around. I am happy with it because I've been diligent about get on my aero Pilates machine every other night, or more; which I think I've noticed a a nice change in my physical tone from. So no complaints here I'm just hoping that next week will be as productive!
