Great quote. 🌟🌟🌟 I know I’m in the state of health I’m in because I forgot to take care of myself. It’s the hidden factor in much of the weight problems we experience and see in others. Deep down I think it’s lack of respect for ourselves our very being and our body - the only vehicle we have to sustain our lives. Don’t just be ‘good’ to it - care for it like the amazing gift it is.
