I have had a sick kid at home so plans got derailed yesterday. Poor little guy is feeling better today, but still home from school today. These germs have been working through the family and have taken down everyone but me. Maybe they will miss me this time.
Stuck at home with my plans thwarted by circumstances, I didn't really eat well yesterday. I didn't eat too much, but just the wrong things. I need to choose more carefully today.
