Today was upper body weights for 45 minutes.
Jump rope for 15 minutes
Spin class for 60 minutes

I am done and DONE ☑️

I was not eating enough calories to begin with and I could really feel it these last 7 days. I’m going to make sure I get my calories in 💪.
