Isinya aku pakai selada, wortel, timun sm crab stick, bisa jg pakai salmon, ayam, udang, tuna dll sesuai bahan yg ada aja dikuklas. Untuk kalorinya per gulung cm 60 kalori dan itu gulungannya gede. Td buat sarapan aja aq cm abis 2 gulung aja. Sisanya makan sebelum jam makan siang.

Rice paper disuperindo jg ada kak, di shopee jg ada. Kl soal kalorinya terhantung ukurannya, di FS jg ada coba cari aja kak.
