I know you aren't pro-keto, but maybe like dirty keto? Or instead of keto even at all just low carb

Nah. Would never cut out carbs. I’d rather keep my carbs in check. I’m losing 3kg per month and that was without keto and without watching macros. Watching macros now is just for health reasons not weight loss because I see am achieving without cutting carbs and going high fat.

3kg per month is great though! I was actually just thinking because of your insulin resistance, but at the end of the day stick with what works, which is different for everyone 💪💪💪

Yes yes I don’t have insulin resistance (i think) lol the doctor just told me that my insulin was high and he gave me time to correct it. Only then did i review my diet in terms of macros and see that even though i was in my calorie limit I was overeating carbs like by double the recommended levels. My level of insulin was 15 and i think they said it should be less than 10. So when i look at everything I think 5 is high but not so high from 10 and if I cut back on carbs and just stay within the recommended limits then i am sure it would come back to normal. If after doing all this it doesn’t work then I’ll get properly tested for insulin resistance and/diabetes and then I’ll probably go on a diabetic diet. What do you think of this? Does it sound like a good plan?

Sounds good, great to have a plan of action. Just thought it was you that mentioned insulin resistance - awesome if you don't have it X
