BASO TEMPE 300gr tempe 200gr tapioka Garam&lada secukupnya 1telur Kukus tempe 15 menit Diuleg sampai halus Masukkan ke wadah dengan 1 telur Aduk merata Masukkan tapiona 200gr dengan garam dan lada Lalu di bentuk bulat² Rebus air dengan minyak(supaya ga lengket ajasi..) Ketika mendidih masukkan baso tsb Rebus hingga semua baso terangkat
