Christmas and a couple of months in lockdown have let my weight creep up. I'm feeling good and fit so time to start being accountable again. I'll give it a week before I weigh myself to see the damage.

Any time Max...today's a new day, I'm just getting ready to get out for my hours exercise, the sun is shining but it is Scotland so I know it will be freezing outside 😂 myself and my wee yin are going along the shore to get some very crisp fresh air ...why don't u get ur shoes on and come a 'virtual walk with me', it's amazing what a good stomp can do for you!! If u can't get out then get the music on and sing like uv got no neighbours&dance like No1 can see u!! ❤️
