I must cut my back on my cheese in take... I never realized how much cheese I eat until now... Wow! #Determined

I feel your pain! I've been trying to substitute stronger flavor cheeses in smaller amounts. (a little blue cheese crumbles or sharp cheddar on my sandwich instead of the old standby american slice) It seems to help a bit. :)
